1150 Investments LLC is a Buyer Member of The Receivables Exchange, the first real time, on-line auction market for corporate accounts receivable.

Businesses that are TRE Sellers are able to offer their accounts receivable for sale to TRE Buyers on the Exchange's online platform on their own schedule and terms, providing a uniquely flexible and efficient means of accelerating their cash flow. TRE Buyer Members purchase the offered receivables on the basis of competitive bids.

TRE's auction market has been in operation since November 2008. Thousands of individual auctions including tens of thousands of individual invoices have been sold on the Exchange since its inception providing a much-needed financing alternative to Sellers and a unique investment alternative to Buyers.
